All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing, so please complete the form below. Providing detailed information will help our support team assist you more efficiently. While we strive to process cancellations and refunds promptly, certain situations (like natural disasters) may cause processing times to extend up to 90 days due to high demand.


If you need to cancel your tour or cannot attend your planned trip, it is your responsibility to inform the supplier directly. Be sure to record the name of the person you spoke with and the date of the conversation.
